Q. Can I eat my to-go order in the dining room?
A. While we would love for you to stay and hang with us in our beautiful dining room, Pizza Transit is a full service restaurant, so all dine in orders are placed at your table with your server. Eating your to-go order at a table makes it confusing for other guests, is very wasteful for packaging, and is unfair to our servers as well. 

Q. Do you offer alcohol? 
No, we do not. If you would like to enjoy some beer/wine/etc. with your Pizza Transit pizza, we recommend enjoying your pizza at the NODE (Niles Outdoor Dining Experiene) at 2nd & Main where you can enjoy to-go alcohol from downtown businesses or bring your pizza over to our amazing friends at Niles Brewing Company across the street, who allow outside food in their fun & cozy brewery!

Q. I see a lot of "Gives Back Night" fundraisers at Pizza Transit. How can my
organization work with Pizza Transit to raise some dough?
A. Email our owner, Sarah, at pizzatransit@yahoo.com. We are happy to help most non-profit organizations excluding religious or political parties. We do one "Gives Back Night" per month where 10% of that day's sales (typically a Thursday) is donated to an organization.

Q. I'm vegan, does Pizza Transit offer vegan options?
A. Yes! We believe in pizza for all, so we pride ourselves on having vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options. Our pizza dough, pizza sauce, Twisted Breadsticks, Cinnamon Sticks, and Dessert Calzones are all vegan! We also carry Miyoko's vegan mozzarella cheese for pizzas! We think it's the best vegan cheese on the market!

Q. Is your restaurant family friendly?
A. Absolutely! We have coloring sheets, a fun kid's menu, a vintage Pac-Man machine with over 60 video games, and even a penny press!

Q. Does Pizza Transit take reservations?
A. We don't typically take reservations, but if you are planning on coming in with a
larger party (more than 8) give us a call to be sure of available seating
and give us time to put a larger table together. 

Q. Can I get a paper copy of the Pizza Transit menu?
A. We pride ourselves in being an eco-friendly restaurant, so we do not print paper menus. We use recyclable and plant based packaging as much as possible and recycle our cardboard, glass, and steel.

Q. I need an order for a specific time for an event. Can I choose the time of my order?
A. Absolutely! We can accept to-go timed orders if you place them through our online
ordering at our website or the Local By Toast app! Timed orders cannot be place
over the phone or at the counter.
